"If I were to describe my overall experience at Mission Motorsports, it would be OUTSTANDING! From Kyle, in the parts department, to Michael, in service, and then there is William, the tech. My wife and I drove our 2012 Victory Cross Country, down from Tracy, CA to Irvine, to pick up a passenger backrest. We were unable to find one in Northern Cal and needed one A.S.A.P. Kyle, was great in making sure that he had one actually in stock and then he placed it on hold until we arrived. Being that we road our motorcycle, we did not take into account that there might be some minor installation of this "lock and ride" backrest. Well, this is when we meet Michael, in the service department. Of course the service department is fully booked, but being we are out-of-towners, Michael was willing to see what he could do for us. Step in William, the tech. Amazing guy! He has such a wealth of information on the Victory bikes, it is amazing. Not only did he install the backrest for us but, he also taught me a few easy maintenance things to watch out for and do on my bike. While we waited Michael, was extremely kind, offering us bottle waters while telling us about the great areas to ride our motorcycle. He even provided us with a map to make our drive back home more enjoyable. Again my wife and I cannot say enough about the OUTSTANDING customer service we received! We could not help but notice that every customer that came in got treated with respect and the employees were truly engaged with what the customers were communicating with them about. We were so impressed with the way we were treated that when we need to have our bike serviced... we are going to plan it so, we ride out bike down to Mission Motorsport to have it done there. To Kyle, Michael and William, thank you so much. It was truly a pleasure to meet the three of you. You guys made our ride home more enjoyable! "

"Purchased my brand new Kawasaki zx-10r from you in 2012, this was a very pleasurable experience and I had no complaints. Your servicing department leaves a lot to be desired. I have just left Kenny, the servicing manager (?), a second voicemail message now to ring me back. My experience of your servicing department has been a general lack of customer service from start to finish, and the workmanship shown by yourselves was severely lacking. I could NOT recommend your dealership to anybody I know as a sole result of my experience of your servicing department."

"I have been having my bikes serviced here since 2002 an their old facility off of Crown Valley. I have always been a fan of Mission and their service department. I have always received great service and fair pricing. If you shop any price enough you may always find better pricing, but the service is worth the price to me. They are also supporters of our Star Touring and Riding Chapter 230 as well. All I can say is if you communicate with them, set the right expectations, you will always be as pleased as I am with Mission Motorsports. Keep up the great work. "Dear Management, I wanted to write you and say thank you for providing outstanding customer service. I went to another Dealership to pick up some oil & parts for my wife’s 2013 Polaris Ranger and my other bikes on Saturday 11/03; however the parts department was unable to locate an oil filter for my 2013 Polaris ranger 800efi limited edition after 15mins of looking on the computer. I was very surprised when the Parts Associate stated that they didn’t make a Polaris Ranger 800efi in 2013, I had wrong year, and that the computer wasn’t able to locate that model. I have been working on bikes since I was kid; I know when a parts associate doesn’t know what they are doing. It’s sad when a dealership doesn’t have the knowledge of the parts or vehicles they sale & service, Later on in the day, I drove from my house to Mission and I was very amazed when service department greeted me with a smile and a hello when I walked by on my way to the parts department. Johnny Bates greeted me and asked how I was doing. I explained to Johnny that I wanted to perform the break-in oil change on my wife’s new Polaris Ranger, but I didn’t know what filer I needed. Johnny knew exactly what I needed without even looking it up on the computer and recommended that I purchase the Polaris Ranger filter kit, which had everything I needed for the oil & filter change. He also provided me with a few tips for a fast and stressfree oil change. Thanks to Johnny’s help, I was able to change the oil and filter in my wife’s Ranger in around 15mins. I left Mission with a smile and not a headache. When you spend $13k on a toy that you only use around 2-3 times a year, it is nice to know that there are people out there like Johnny that are knowledgeable and helpful to assist people like myself that are not experienced in maintaining these new side X sides. "I have a Yamaha WR 250 R. It had a terrible throttle on jerk which was dangerous in corners when I would open the throttle. It ran very bad at altitude (Big Bear), all this made the bike very uncomfortable to ride. This was due to all the after marked stuff, (pipe, k&N, air box alteration etc that I had done. MIssion instaled a Power Comander 4, and auto tuner (requierd welding in an O-2 senor) and all the herky jerky is gone. Runs fantastic. Had to prove a point and hit 100 mph on a back road. Stupid thing to do but felt stable and soomth. MIssion did a lot of work and dynoed it at 32 HP. They were fantastic."

"The '86 FJ needed a check up after a top end rebuild. It's normal service, and is absolutely necessary to make sure everything is working properly and to make post-break in adjustments if needed. Also, I had a carb float that was hung up (no FI on this puppy!) I took it in, explained what was happening and braced for the cost of four carb overhauls (don't just do one, do them all.) The bike was done one day later. Billie said the carbs were all in great shape, no parts needed. He cleaned them up and explained that a 24 year old bike gets a little rust in the tank, and that was what got into the system. He could have sold me on the overhaul; I was prepared to accept that. Instead, he did what was needed to make it right. The overhaul check up showed no problems, and with the final carb setup the bike runs awesome. Funny thing though; when I got it back the clutch was working more smoothly. The turn signal switch wasn't sticking. Little things were just working better. I don't know if the bike just likes to feel the hand of a master or if he did a little extra, but I love the result and would definitely come back here. Oh, and I will absolutely have faith in his assessment if parts are needed. They will even let me see first hand why the parts are needed if I ask! This place rocks!"
